[Figma] Lightbox media viewer

Add the Lightbox media viewer component to Figma kit. Remember we are only building variants for xlg, md, and sm.

Pre-work: There's a carousel version in the design specs - should we include this as a variant?

Must haves:

• [ ] Use the Expressive modal component in this one. Also use any specific Image or Video component in our library.
• [ ] Should offer two main variants: with an image and with a video.
• [ ] If the content is too long, there is a scrollable version of the content that uses gradients to hint at more content. Include a variant to automatically bring in that styling (see design specs).
