1 - When I land on an mdx page that has errors on it, I want to notice that right away, so I can know the content is not 100% accurate and fix it if I am the content owner.

The rollup is additive? Meaning the inline error will be below in the page, and this indicator gets added to the top of the page if errors exist below? If so, and the page still renders, but there could be errors that we gracefully handle, this error message optimization does not seem critical for v1.
