Weak/generic library descriptions #1220

@jeanservaas @aubrey-oneal This one-liner intro is a bit weak/generic maybe. Intros were designed to be a pinch more descriptive as a summary (2-3 lines is the sweet spot)

@mjabbink the library paragraph is based on the library descriptions that we wrote for the cards as well. we have all the library descriptions in this airtable if you want to take a look.

tracking straight quote bugs in this #1378 design issue that will be globally resolved in #721

Updating this to be about the library description content, since the straight quotes are being tracked in a different issue. Resolve of this issue would be to confirm current description strategy, or modify it w/ input from the squad.

Also consider, since this is used in libraries catalog, library detail page, library asset's page... does it need to be in the library asset's page or just the detail page? Or just in the catalog card?
