Ensure carbon-platform branch of carbon-website has latest #1372

Immediately before deploying Carbon Platform on carbondesignsystem.com top level domain, we'll want to merge main branch into the carbon-platform branch in the carbon-website repo to ensure the latest content is being rendered in the platform web app.

what is the future state of things? do we expect to still be reading from carbon-platform by the time we move onto the main domain? @jdharvey-ibm

@francinelucca I believe this falls under this blue task in the tech plan:

We'll eventually want a final "home" for MDX that's not the carbon-website repo, and not in the web-app service in this repo.
