Page: [URL](https://next.carbondesignsystem.com/libraries/ibmdotcom-web-components/latest/assets) Issue: Universal banner status should be "Stable" and we can add the demo link to its page

Also in the IBM.com React library assets page, the Link list section, Tabs extended media, and Universal banner should all be stable.
