Update asset detail redlines with overview tab #589

Asset detail page redlines need to be updated with the latest designs from #485 discussion.

There are some outstanding details about this spec but I’d like to close it out soon on the design side since these redlines have been around for months and Andrea/Alison already have most of this dashboard built. I can put a live review on the cal for next week if we feel we need it.

— Small content tweaks that don’t affect the layout (which really don’t need to be updated in the spec at this point as long as any changes are clearly communicated in the dev issue

— Are we taking users directly from the catalog asset cards to external PAL docs? Or are we routing them through an asset detail page that has no docs? We have responsive designs for both scenarios in the file, we just need to choose how we want to handle the experience

— Are we launching with a code tab even though there are no dev docs on most code tabs right now? I’ve provided designs to include resource cards linking to the asset in other frameworks on the Overview tab. If we decide to keep the Code tab, those resource cards can live there instead… that’s what we currently do. My vote is to kill the code tab for v1 and reintroduce as dictated by future content.
