Option: the button could be a download (for any orphan assets) or a link button (library page)
related: #589
Design decision rationale:
Kits are usually only installed once; we decided to de-emphasize cross-linking to the kits in the primary CTA in favor of using that button to highlight library assets (to encourage lateral discovery of assets within libraries)
The tentative language that we have pending a final decision is Label: "Design Files" and the Link: "View available kits" @aubrey-oneal
Direct downloads for individual design files as well as kits will not be available on this dashboard. Users will have to navigate to the library page, allowing them to see ALL of the available kits/files and find the one that's appropriate to them. Even if we were able to provide a Figma direct download for text toolbar... there is also a Sketch file for it... the user would have no way of knowing that unless they went to the library page.

how do we want to lead users to get design kits?
currently, there is a button on the dashboard to lead to design kit page but will want to explore a few versions:
other open questions: what should the CTA be if it doesn't link to kits?
