Sidenav active / open state needs to work with additional nesting #759

Need to support one more level deep of nesting in the left nav. It currently "works" but doesn't set an active class or keep the nav open. This will be for the Case studies section

we did have a little differentiation in our redlines from what is shown: https://ibm.box.com/s/3ynbx6b8mygfk597jekn0lkqw70zwnc4 But let me run this by the systems squad to double check since this pattern will eventually get adopted by them as well. I want to make sure it's consistent.
