feat!: upgrade `svelte-preprocess` to v5 #45

Especially to upgrade svelte-preprocess to v5, as there are deprecated packages versions in v4.

Hey @metonym, @stevemar ,

I have a question regarding the merge status of this PR. We've been facing some issues with "verbatimModuleSyntax" being unrecognized by the TypeScript projects. We believe updating the svelte-preprocess version might resolve this problem.

Could you please let us know when we can expect this PR to be merged?

Released in v0.10.0.
