Main items to update

Focus state of multi-select tag: Change content and images to reflect the focus state if needed
Confirm that all focus state questions have been addressed.
Selected states: We would need to create a different issue to explore how we treat the selected state and if we should make changes in it.

Update from Dev: Updating fields in Dropdown to have no placeholder text is considered a breaking change and can not be implemented right now in code. Created a separate issue to tackle the removal of placeholder text https://github.com/carbon-design-system/carbon-website/issues/3662
