[Cloud Foundry] Decommission /design router

User Story

As a [user role below]: DPO developer

I need to: shift routing from the nginx application to webmaster URT

so that I can: ensure the /design website properties are still running after Cloud Foundry is sunset

Additional information

• Login to IBM Cloud account available via 1Password team account
• List of related CF apps:
  • slash-design-router (Frankfurt and Dallas)
  • slash-design-router-dev (Frankfurt and Dallas)
  • slash-design-router-stage (Frankfurt and Dallas)
• Existing router repository https://github.ibm.com/Design/slash-design-router
• ServiceNOW link for webmaster team: https://ibm.service-now.com/cwm
• Webmaster slack channel: #corporate-webmaster-www-general
• Current route is pointing to the slash-design-router CF app. This needs to be moved to EI server.
• URT needs to be updated to change host to EI: https://w3.ibm.com/webmaster/www-urt/

All /design static website properties need to be migrated and publishing to EI before this can be moved forward.

• [ ] Testing completed on wwwpoc.ibm.com/design
• [ ] Testing completed in wwwstage.ibm.com/design
• [ ] Testing completed in www.ibm.com/design
• [ ] Cloud Foundry applications are disabled and/or deleted

Not captured in an issue, but /design/thinking is currently undergoing a migration from slash-design-router to akamai hosting. It has already been onboarded by webmaster team and will be migrated fully to akamai proxy soon. This is also a blocker before the router application can be decommissioned.

SNOW Issue created to have webmaster team create /design folder on EI. Workflows for publishing have already been created. Awaiting approval and creation from webmaster team now.
