[pictogram - urgent] replace incorrect Cognos-analytics pictogram in repo/library with correct one #5307

Library and repo contain the incorrect artwork for the Cognos analytics pictogram shown below:

The correct artwork should look like this. Michael Dudley can provide corrected artwork:

Transferring this to the monorepo where the pictograms live, this will automatically get updated on the websites once the pictogram is updated and the next Carbon version is released and pulled back in.
