Cut-n-paste hex codes #1200

On the https://www.ibm.com/design/language/color/#specifications page, double-clicking on the hex code numbers (erroneously?) selects the 2-digit number in the color's name, making it difficult to easily cut-n-paste just the hex code.

@sethjohnsonIBM Thanks for reporting this! It looks like this could be solved by placing user-select: all on the element containing the hex code. Here I added it to red 30. red 40 does not have the property set.
