chore: update dev dependencies #325

This PR updates all the dev dependencies to make future development easier.

support yarn 4.x
support lerna 8.x
support node 22.x
eslint, prettier, stylelint are upgraded
support webpack v5
replace webpack-visualizer-plugin with webpack-bundle-analyzer

Testing / Reviewing

All npm commands should work:

run yarn install
run yarn test
run yarn build
