Need to re-write the usage docs from the existing User profile images to the updated designs for User avatar (new version) to replace

Acceptance criteria:

[ ] Update existing page from user profile to user avatar
[ ] Usage docs need to follow the usage docs template. Note the template includes accessibility status section which you don't need to include for now.
