Deprecation steps

  1. add deprecation flag in the components
  2. document deprecation stuff like migration, story docs, ts deprecation,
  3. updating tests

Air table update:

Update Airtable to track status when each component moves from 'To be deprecated' to 'Deprecated' at the time of deprecation

Blocked since we want to wait until we have better comms on the alternative path with this deprecation.
