Truncated list scroll fade color is not correct on Safari browser. #1133

Bug - Truncated list scroll fade color is not correct on Safari browser.

Description

Scroll fade color of truncated list is not same when tested on different browsers (screenshot1 is on Safari and Screenshot 2 is on chrome). It shows darker color on safari and not on Chrome or Firefox.

Seems like this is an issue with Scroll gradient component that truncated list is using.

Expected behavior

UI should be same on all browsers

Actual behavior

Safari browser shows darker shade of fade color

Steps for reproducing

Seen on truncated list and scroll gradient component on Safari browser

Affected browsers

It's working on Chrome and Firefox and not on Safari (checked on Version 15.1 (17612.2.9.1.20) )
