Description

Implement admin functions that can be called only by owner. Setup OWNER accordingly

Can I work on this issue @julienbrs?

my approach: I will create admin functions getter and setter to manage the offsetter and nft_component addresses, and will result in error if called by non owner. I will emit events when the function is called successfully and write extensive tests for them too.
