cb-event-forwarder not available for debian distro #161

The currently available forwarder works only on 64-bit Linux machine running CentOS and RHEL. There is no support or installation clients for Debian distro which is by far the most used Linux distro.

The forwarder can be built from source on a variety of operating systems, including OSX, or even windows using WSL. Now, that being said we do not support and do not plan to support .deb package distribution in the near or medium term.
