7 years ago Now the loft and floor insulation are visible when the house is an apartment but I don't think this fixes anything. As it works now choosing the "flat" doesn't do anything to the calculations. I guess that the original reason for not displaying floor and roof insulation was because they would be set to fixed values if there is a flat above or below. But again I don't think this is ok either How I think it should work:
- Answering "yes" to the "Is your home a flat or apartment?" displays the questions "Are there any apartments above you?" and "Are there any apartments below you?"
- Answering "No" to "Are there any apartments above you?" displays the question *"How deep in the insulation in your loft?". Answering "Yes" would hide the question** about loft insulation and set it to a fixed value. The same for "Are there any apartments below you?"
For apartments it is not possible to pass the main inputs page because although the fields for loft and floor insulation aren't visible (because it's a flat sandwiched between other floors), it produces an error saying that they haven't been completed.
