Scripting System Performance Issues #444

Currently Running Scripts with a project (See 1000 asset camera asset streaming test project), causes a significant decrease in performance that must be solved. We therefore need to reduce some complexity for the scripting execution subsystem to improve performance in this area.

This was caused by a bug where the script would get attached to all models.
