BrainGenix-STS is the Scan Translation System division of the BrainGenix Department. The main goal of STS is the functional translation of architectural data from scans of brain tissue and the to-be-developed generic working model of the human brain.
Provide general information on the project and its goals/what STS should output
Explain the use cases for the outputs of STS (for example: research, WBE, etc)
Expand on the list of relevant fields and technologies, with explainations
Create a list of relevant roles, with explainations (regardless of if those roles are filled or not)
Improve the overview diagram to show other potential outputs and use cases
Create class diagrams that delve into a detailed implementation
Create a list of potentially relevant projects (though we may want this to be internal, as we might have no affiliation with said projects and thus don't want to come across as if we are affiliated)
Provide a "getting started" guide for new members, based on the identified roles
Create milestones (for example, produce the 3D voxel map, segment the voxel map, produce the connectome); we don't want all milestones to be huge milestones however
And probably a lot more that I haven't thought of yet
Some of the things I need to do for the wiki are:
