Clean up layout #45

This PR fixes image distortion of the logos rendered in the header and footer. The distortion is currently forced by hardcoding an aspect ratio that does not match the dimensions of the image.

Once merged, the layout elements will be consistent with the data story site (https://github.com/carbonplan/leap-story-carbon-sink/pull/22).
