Provide LowGear MP-SPDZ CRG #74

The code changes required to transition from CowGear to LowGear seem to be minimal (see https://github.com/data61/MP-SPDZ/issues/1092#issuecomment-1645299062). By providing a LowGear CRG we would be able to cover the more convincing malicious (instead of covert) security model.
