You have an undefined index bro.

This is not an error, is just a notice which can be hidden by adding ini_set('display_errors', false); to the top of file after <?php

Ahh i see thank-you, I just done this : if(isset($_GET['action'])) and that fixed it for me, I'm really interested on how the whole iPhone activation works.

yes I've seen it but i still don't have any solution to bypass right now.
