Hi,

I have integrated card.io in my app and tried scanning cards, master and visa cards are not getting verified correctly. I always get a message invalid card details. It works fine with the iOS version. I am able to add the same card on iOS app but not on android.

Are you unable to scan using the sample app? Can you please paste the exact message you're getting, along with device info, so we can reproduce? It doesn't sound like others are having this problem, so your integration may be off.

We have the app on the store. below is the link to the app

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gohash.android.hero

When we scan a visa card, it does nothing. It scans all the other cards correctly now

Can you explain the exact problem, and/or provide screenshots? I appreciate providing the app, but we don't have any non-expired test cards.

If I scan my visa card and enter the expiry and security code. The card does not get validated. The screen just stays there and there is no error message as well. If I scan my master card or amex , they get validated and added successfully On Feb 10, 2016 21:43, "Jeff Brateman" notifications@github.com wrote:

Does the sample app exhibit the same behavior? This is the first I've heard of something like this, and I would be a bit more concerned if others had reported it.

Yes, the app exhibits that behaviour. Not sure why only that particular card does like that. I have tried with other cards like mastercard, Amex and they work fine.
