Do you have any sample cards that show the 19 digit format? Are these Visa cards, or another company? Can you please fill in a description above?

Sorry to not reply, I don't know how to upload a picture here. These cards are from Chinese Banks, such as China Construction Bank

Maestro cards (owned by Mastercard) have 19 digits as well
