Option to disable card number validator in data entry activity #171

Certain BIN/IINs are blocked by the card number validator eve though they are valid (e.g. 6016xx, which we have seen used on a Maestro card from Colombia).

Is there a way to disable this validation of PAN prefixes, and retain only the Luhn checksum test?

We have the same problem with cards 2200 XXXX XXXX XXXX (https://mironline.ru/).
