Platforms: Both
Device OS Version and Device: iOS 9.x on an iPhone 6,7,8,X, Android Marshmallow on Nexus 6, Samsung 9 , 8

integrated with ionic ver 3, and set the options as requireCardHolderName to true when executed cardHolderName was never requested by the sdk.
