Description

As a Product Owner I want a Mithril based Light Client of the Ouroboros consensus protocol to improve security features on the Cosmos side.

Scope/Acceptance Criteria

Research about a Mithril based Light Client has been done and a potential implementation and integration planned out
The Mithril Light Client has been implemented
The Mithril Light Client has been integrated with the remaining part of the framework

What is the API you would require for this? i.e. how is the light client queried by IBC? Does it need to verify inclusion of some UTxO or some Transaction? If yes, how is the "recency" of the information parameterized?
