feat(ui): Improve identifier details update pages to match design

Description

NOTE:

There are some info that we aren't fully considering at the moment in the Identifier Details page. Some of them are there from before and are not in the latest design anymore, but I didn't want to remove them as we are still talking about what to do with them:

• Backer address
• List of backers
• Delegator identifier prefix
