Migrate to native Ledger app #13

Please migrate this app to Ledger native app through installing the app so we can actually use Ledger as a hardware wallet for ADA.

There is indeed a repo for the current native Cardano Ledger app which you can install from Ledger Live: https://github.com/LedgerHQ/app-cardano . This repo was at some point a mirror of it, but hasn't been updated in a while.
