Preparation for 7th workshop and 1-on-1 session in Fund 10 (October 2022) -> pending until Fund 10 start
ECS Indo doesn't have budget for 1-on-1 session in Fund 10 -> Vietnam & Indonesia will ask Yuta-san from Japan to get some of Japanese Team budget in Fund 9 that is not used -> @YanTirta will ask Yuta

Langkah awalnya adalah mengadakan Kelas PPBL (Plutus Project Based Learning atau Pembelajaran Plutus Melalui Project) tiap hari Sabtu jam 18:00 sampai 20:00 sebanyak 6 sesi mulai 2 minggu kedepan atau sesi ETH berikutnya
6 sesi ini akan kita pakai sebagai basis proof of concept di dalam proposal yg sedang kita ciptakan
Dari proposal ini -diantara sekian goal- salah satunya akan muncul Gimbalabs : Eastern Chapter (Fund 11)
In Fund 10, @YanTirta will submit proposal Gimbalabs: Train The Trainer to pay the activities
4. Catalyst Incubator
Catalyst Incubator is an effort to structure all Eastern Town Hall programs (Eastern Catalyst School, bi-weekly meetup itself)
All existing programs will be integrated in Catalyst Incubator. Therefore, there will be minimum additional effort
There are only 2 additional effort. Weekly Zoom meeting on Saturday. If the proposers requested, we will provide support also via chat in Telegram Group channel, especially for Catalyst Incubator participants
Main target is new proposer and those who do not speak/write English properly
Business model: referrer goes to Eastern Town Hall. But for direct individual who create the proposal can request "x" number of USD in project management budget
We need to have each countries breakout room for Catalyst Incubator (Japanese, Vietnam, Indonesia)
5. Leads Generation from Eastern Town Hall x Cardano 4 Climate
Cardano 4 Climate (C4C) will give presentation in the next Eastern Town Hall meetup
@andreassosilo will nominate @CryptoCaliburn as Cardano Ambassador Meetup Organizer for Cardano Hub Surabaya
In Fund 10, @ivankwan88 & @Fny-ETH (proposer & co-proposer) + supported by Cardano Indonesia. Proposal: "Cardano Hub Surabaya" -> need to discuss regarding the budget breakdown & activities for 3 months
10. Cardano Hub Yogyakarta
Cardano Hub Yogyakarta -> @YanTirta together with Lutvi Rosyady -> build developer hub using PPBL (plutus project-based learning) system -> topic about gaming
11. Gathering Komunitas Cardano Indonesia 2022
Based on information from Cardano Foundation -> Cardano Summit 2022 will be held from 19-21 November 2022
Plan:
Friday, 18 Nov 2022: Zoom Cardano Summit 2022 Jakarta hosted by EMURGO Indonesia from 19:00-22:00 (3 hours)
Saturday, 19 Nov 2022: Gathering Cardano Indonesia in Jakarta - offline (from 16:00-18:00 WIB)
Sunday-Monday (20-21 Nov 2022): Meetup together in the metaverse (Cardano Summit 2022 Global) - online
Need to ask EMURGO Indonesia if they will create an event for Cardano Summit 2022 Jakarta by @zicozibu
Another option: to have a self-funded event, need some venue space options: co-working spaces, restaurants with min budget around 100k-150k/person
@andrecahyadi : need more explanation regarding the space in CityWalk Sudirman
