Docs Not Updated #1752

Context & versions

Following the tutorials available here: https://hydra.family/head-protocol/docs/tutorial/ and it's still advising to install cardano-node v9.1.1 even though the source document here: https://github.com/cardano-scaling/hydra/blob/master/docs/docs/tutorial/index.md has been updated to properly show 10.1.2

Steps to reproduce

  1. Look at the document at https://hydra.family/head-protocol/docs/tutorial/
  2. Look at the source code at https://github.com/cardano-scaling/hydra/blob/master/docs/docs/tutorial/index.md

Actual behavior

People following the tutorial download v9.1.1. of the node which fails to pass the hard fork and so are left wondering why they can't find any UTxO on their newly created address.

Expected behavior

Expect page to be updated to match what is available in the source code.

We should cut a minor release with the node update.
