Title: Enhancements to Agents Page and Model

Summary:

Updated Agent Response Model to include Agent Address.
Added "My Agents" section to the Agents Page for easier access to user-specific agents.
Modified Tabs/Edit Access to ensure agents belonging to the current user are correctly displayed.
Adjusted default agent list response size for improved performance.
Removed the my-agent page; users can now access their agent information directly from the Agents Page under "My Agents."

Additional Improvements:

Users can view and manage their agents from the Agents Page and navigate to the Overview page by clicking the agent icon in the log card.
