Summary This PR introduces comprehensive testing for the backend API and various agent function scenarios.

Tests Added

User/Admin authentication
Template Management
Agent Management
Execution of cron transfer ADA function
Creation of Manual info governance action proposals
Event-based Vote function

Workflow Updates

Updated the previous Docusaurus architecture workflow to deploy in the gh-sub directory.
Added a workflow file to deploy Allure test results to the gh-sub directory .
Previous Test Session data is persisted when creating new report.
