Genesis file Testing

ToDo:

• [x] Write utility for build and hashing of genesis file for CC.

We don't need to write utility command, as it is provided by cardano-cli.

The scope of this ticket is set to validating the conway-genesis file and it's hash on mainnet after the the node 9.0.1 is released.

Genesis File

• [x] Constitution link is correct.

• [x] Constitution hash is correct.

• [x] Plutus V3 cost model: Reasonable fees when tested with marketplace contract.

• [x] drep Voting thresholds : reasonable

  • generally 2/3 majority required
  • governance related changes require higher 3/4 majority
  • no-confidence and haoardfork require lesser 3/5 majority

• [x] pool-voting thresholds: reasonable

  • all actions require 51% majority

• [x] drep activity : reasonable (drep inactive for > 3.5 months becomes inactive)

• [x] governance proposal lifetime: reasonable. Voting lasts for 30 days.
