Write test to perform user scenarios on both simple and configurable marketplace contracts.

This ticket covers only the v2 contract testing.

Simple Marketplace

Configurable marketplace

initial setup and reference script creation of configurable marketplace

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Tests are implemented
[x] Test can be run on sanchonet to create test reports.
[ ] ~~PR is merged on the repo~~

For now the changes live in upgrade/cardanoapi-8.44 branch. Extra change was made to make the test code reusable and include ex-units,fee usage report.
