[Feature] Add Ability to Plot Access Points on Heatmaps #1

Right now, the placement of access points on a heatmap is far from ideal. It would be nice to incorporate the access points in the MySQL backend and have a drag n' drop feature (like Cisco WCS), where users can choose the access points they want to add. Then, according to where the user drops the access point, calculates WiFi coverage.

Interact.js is possibly a steer in the right direction...

The ability to plot APs on heatmap no longer exists. The old way wasn't good. Looking to re-add this functionality and improve on it.
