Remove active_users field from Puzzle model #599

This was added in #80 for Slack but support for it/Slack was dropped in fdf4e521eee2efc83c8744f674614eacb0aaf0a4 and 984e1c03bfc5a4d2f8e2a604e79ca79628174873. We should delete it since it's no longer used.
