libssl.so.1.1 error on Fedora 40 #16

Tries to install the .rpm file on Fedora 40. I get an error because nothing provides the libssl.so.1.1

It's part of the former openssl1.1 package which is no more inside the repositories. Please upgrade the dependencies for the .rpm file.

I think future releases should be compatible on newer releases, as will be compiled with a 22.04 ubuntu machine: https://github.com/cardo-podcast/cardo/commit/2045739f9c4dca8478712c980785ff4c03886731
