Can't launch spydroid 4.1 on Android 2.3.3 #67

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import and build spydroid 4.1 in eclipse using Android 4.0
2. Launch application on device (android 2.3.3)(Galaxy tab P1000)
3. The application start, I can see the apptitle at the top but no logo in the 
background.
4. The app crash after a 2-3 seconds ("The application Spydroid has stopped 
unexpectedly").

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the app to launch, I see an crash report from Android instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using spydroid 4.1 on a Galaxy Tab P1000 (Android 2.3.3)

Please provide any additional information below.
Now the funny thing is if I download Spydroid from the PlayStore, it works 
fully!
Also Spydroid 2.0 works perfectly fine on my device.

Here are some more details:
spydroid 4.1 on a Galaxy Tab P1000 (Android 2.3.3) works (no crash) if I 
disable wifi but then I am not able to stream.

spydroid 3.4 on the device works fine for the streaming.
