Description

Product quantity now decreases after an order is completed

Steps to Test or Reproduce

localhost: blahblah/Orders --> 'Details' (on incomplete order) --> 'Complete Order' --> 'Done'

git fetch --all
git branch -avv
git checkout oo-orderQuant
git pull origin oo-orderQuant
