Migration tool #246

This PR adds a Migration tool intended to help developers who started their projects in versions prior to the release version of Popochiu (beta 3 included) to update to the latest stable version of the plugin.

The idea is to keep using this tool to add the (possible) migration scripts required in future releases of the plugin, so devs can keep working on their projects no matter how the plugin changes internally.

In order to test the migration tool in different plugin versions, I created the migration-test-projects repository which has branches for specific versions: alpha-1, alpha-5, beta-2, and beta-3. It would be great if we can test the tool in alpha-2, alpha-3 and beta-1.
