.editorconfig support #146

If Caret's underlying editor component supports it, it would be nice (though geeky!) to support EditorConfig. I'd use it to enforce:

If this is not easily possible, that's fine and close this, I just wanted to mention it.

Working with Git projects that involve Markdown, I second the option of choosing between LF and CRLF line-endings.
