How does the backup feature work? #857

I noticed the backup menu item and when I click on it it just shows a text field that when I type into nothing shows up.

How does backup work? I would love to be able to use it.

Hi Sammy,

The backup popup should show all backups made to the currently opened file. If you haven't seen any items in the popup that could mean that you haven't edited the currently opened file enough for the app to create a backup.

Note that we will be removing this feature in the next major update.
