`Ctrl` + `Shift` freezes Caret #3

OS Name     Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
OS Version  10.0.17134 Build 17134
Caret       Beta v. 4.0.0-rc8

When I try to select text with Ctrl + Shift horizontally and then vertically by using the arrow keys, Caret will not respond to any further commands.

Does this happen every time or in some particular case?

Only in some particular cases. I can replicate the issue in the Preferences file by moving the text cursor in the middle of useLargeFontInHeadings, going right once or twice and then down a few times.

We have found the problem and fixed it in our internal build. The next Beta release will include the fix.
