Video Access file sampling rate update #5

Video Access file audio sampling rate should be 48 kHz not 44.1. Please update this spec.

Thanks Dave. I see that you corrected the spec, but after updating the script on our end with 'brew update' 'brew upgrade' it is still checking for the old spec (44100). Do I need to wait for you to do something else before I update?
