Would like to see reaver-wps ported to Microsoft Windows operating system.

I think that it is not possible, because reaver program need to run with 
wireless card in "monitor" mode (mon0), and this is not possible under Windows 
OS.

Running the card is mon0 is simply a limitation of the drivers. Look at 
Aircrack-NG for windows: Required you to install special drivers for your 
network card to enable mon0.
