It installs binaries that do not work with current version of glibc #1889

Currently when I install any package, it even installs binaries that are not compatible with glibc version on the linux system. It will be nice if it can detect this and compile from source instead of simply installing the updated version without glibc compatibility check.

Hello we have #1332 to track this, and I've done some investigation on this.

However I never get around to complete the feature and I am a bit busy right now.

I would welcome any contributions for it, and willing to provide help, support and code review on anything related to it.
